2.1 Accounts

Certain features, such as submitting a tool, may require you to create an account or log in. You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• keep your account credentials secure;
• be responsible for all activities that occur under your account;
• notify us immediately at support@aitoolify.org if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 Email Communications

To provide and operate the Service, we may send you emails from time to time, including product updates, security notices, and service-related communications. You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

We will not share your email address with third parties unrelated to the Service.

2.3 Third-Party Content and Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including the websites of tools listed in our directory. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website.

The inclusion of a tool on AI Toolify does not constitute an endorsement, certification, partnership, sponsorship, or recommendation by AI Toolify. You access and use third-party websites at your own risk.

2.4 Intellectual Property

The design, code, text, logo, badges, “AI Toolify” name, branding, and other original materials on the Site are owned by AI Toolify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, transfer, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Site or its content.

Badge Use: We may provide a “Featured on AI Toolify” embed badge on our Pricing page. You may use this badge solely to indicate that your tool has been listed on AI Toolify, provided that you keep the badge unchanged and link it back to https://aitoolify.org.

Third-Party Trademarks: Tool names, model names, logos, and other trademarks displayed in the directory belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, their appearance on the Site does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

2.5 Accuracy of Content

Materials on the Site may contain technical, typographical, or visual errors. We do not warrant that any content on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

We may update, modify, or remove content at any time, but we are under no obligation to do so.

2.6 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Toolify disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to the Site, the Service, and any content provided through them, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2.7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Toolify from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

3.1 Submission Eligibility

By submitting a tool to AI Toolify, you represent and warrant that you own the tool or are legally authorized to submit it, and that you have the right to provide the submitted materials to us.

You further represent that your submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

3.2 Submission Process

When submitting a tool through the Submit page, you may be required to provide:

• tool URL, name, slogan up to 160 characters, and description between 500 and 5,000 characters;
• logo in PNG, JPG, WEBP, or SVG format, up to 500KB;
• up to 3 categories, pricing model, and supported platform;
• optional information such as screenshots, up to 4 images with each image no larger than 5MB, discount code, founding year, YouTube demo video, GitHub repository, founder’s Twitter profile, affiliate program link, and other relevant details.

All submitted information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. You are responsible for updating your Listing if any material information changes.

3.3 Listing Plans

AI Toolify offers the following submission plans, as further described on the Pricing page:

Pricing, benefits, and review times may change from time to time. The version applicable at the time of your payment will govern that purchase.

3.4 Content License

By submitting a Listing, you grant AI Toolify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, display, reproduce, format, modify for presentation purposes, distribute, and promote the submitted content.

This includes your tool name, slogan, description, logo, screenshots, videos, URL, metadata, and any other materials you provide.

This license remains effective while your Listing is displayed on the Site and continues after removal where reasonably necessary for archival, compliance, record-keeping, or legitimate business purposes.

3.5 Backlink Requirement for Free Listings

Free Listings require you to place a dofollow backlink to AI Toolify in the footer of your own website. You may use the badge provided by us for this purpose.

We may verify the backlink at any time. If the backlink is removed, altered, or changed to nofollow without our prior written approval, we reserve the right to remove your Free Listing without notice and without refund.

3.6 Quality Standards

All submitted tools must:

• be functional and accessible;
• be free from malware, phishing, or deceptive content;
• avoid exaggerated or misleading claims about features or performance;
• not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

3.7 Prohibited Submissions

We do not accept, and may remove without notice or refund, any submission that:

• promotes illegal activity, violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination;
• contains or facilitates child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other prohibited sexual content;
• uses third-party trademarks or brand assets without authorization;
• contains malware, phishing, fraud, cloaking, or other deceptive practices;
• includes adult or NSFW content that is not clearly disclosed or is unlawful under applicable law;
• consists of duplicate submissions, doorway pages, or pure SEO shells without a genuine product;
• violates the terms of any third-party platform or model API provider it relies on;
• is otherwise deemed by us, in our sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the quality standards or purpose of AI Toolify.

3.8 Listing Management

We reserve the right to:

• accept or reject any submission at our sole discretion, without providing a reason;
• remove or edit Listings that violate these Terms or our platform standards;
• update tool information based on user feedback;
• determine which tools are featured, promoted, or displayed in specific positions.

3.9 Removal of Listings

We may remove a Listing without refund if:

• it repeatedly receives negative user feedback;
• the tool is discontinued or no longer accessible;
• it violates these Terms or our quality standards;
• it involves deceptive conduct;
• it creates a safety or security risk for users;
• a Free Listing fails to maintain the required backlink.

4.1 Formation of Commercial Agreement

A commercial agreement is formed when any of the following occurs:

• you complete payment;
• we issue a pro forma invoice;
• we receive payment by credit card, bank transfer, or another supported payment method.

Such digital acceptance has the same legal effect as entering into a signed service agreement.

4.2 Payment

All fees are charged in United States dollars (USD). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Creem, or other supported processors, and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

Paid Listings are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

4.3 Service Delivery

For Basic Listings, the service consists of a permanent Listing starting from the date the Listing goes live.

For Featured Listings, the service includes 30 days of homepage Spotlight placement starting from the date the Listing goes live. The underlying Basic Listing benefit remains permanent.

Once a Listing has been published on the Site, the service is deemed delivered. You may verify the display status of your Listing on the Site at any time.

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges that may apply to your purchase, unless applicable law requires us to collect them.

4.5 Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Fulfillment Policy:

• Before publication: if your submission has not yet been reviewed or published, you may request a full refund.
• After publication: once your tool has been successfully published, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including if the Listing is later removed for violating these Terms.

4.6 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at support@aitoolify.org to attempt to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• immediately remove your Listing;
• suspend or terminate your account;
• refuse future submissions from you.

4.7 SEO and Promotional Results

Paid Listings include a dofollow backlink to your website. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the link online and indexable, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

• indexing by Google or any other search engine;
• improvements in domain authority, domain rating, or search rankings;
• any specific level of traffic, clicks, conversions, or revenue;
• continued recognition of the backlink as dofollow by any search engine.

Search engine behavior is outside our control. AI Toolify is a discovery and exposure platform, not a guaranteed marketing performance service.

4.8 Featured Placement

For Featured Listings, the exact placement, rotation order, and level of exposure may vary based on category, traffic, editorial judgment, and platform layout.

We guarantee that your Listing will remain in the featured pool during the 30-day featured period, but we do not guarantee any specific position, ranking, or amount of exposure.
